1. Cancelling
Monthly ($4.99 a month): cancel any time on your account page. You won't be charged again and keep access until the end of the paid month. Deleting your account also cancels it.
6 months prepaid ($26.95 for 6 months): paid once and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
2. 14-day right to withdraw (EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Consumers there can withdraw within 14 days of buying and get a full refund. For the monthly plan this covers the first payment only. To withdraw, email us within the 14 days.
Converge is digital content that starts as soon as you pay. At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and confirm that you then lose the right to withdraw. If a purchase was made without that confirmation, you keep the full 14 days.
3. Refunds we always give
Wherever you live, we refund in full if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, charged without your permission, or couldn't get access because of a fault we couldn't fix within 7 days.
4. Other payments
Otherwise, payments aren't refundable once access has started, except where the law requires. This includes part-used months and accounts closed for breaking the terms.
5. How to ask
Email info@crovenai.com from your account's address with the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 3 business days. Card refunds go back to your card through Creem, our merchant of record, usually within 5 business days. A refund ends the access bought with that payment; your account and progress stay. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
